Jasmyn Elise Story, an international Restorative Justice Facilitator, Doula, and the founder of The People’s Coalition and Freedom Farm Azul, will host their Fall 2020 training series online.
All of our community members live at the intersections of multiple identities. These identities create a variety of barriers to government access and public resources. As we work to provide support to our community members during this crisis, we can utilize this tool to help us see our residents at the multiple, often compounded identity intersections.
Introduction to Intersectional Design will introduce their concept of Intersection Design and how it can be incorporated into community initiatives, programs, policy, justice, and healing work.
Cost: $350*
*Tuition is free for all Black and Indigenous people who identify as Trans, Gender Non-Conforming, or Non-binary. Scholarships are also available.
